It’s a necklace but sort of scarf-ish since it keeps my neck pretty toasty. I got the instructions on instructables.com. All you need is a tee, scissors and a ruler… and like magic you’ve got a new accessory in 10-15 minutes! How lovely. I’m hooked on the site as it is super informative and brimming with DIY projects!
