As I mentioned in my previous comment I just moved to a small town with my husband over 4 months ago. He works at nights and I moved here without another job in place. In fact this was my chance to start my own business! While I feel very fortunate in that aspect, I feel so empty without the comfort of friends and my familiar places and faces. I work from my house so it's hard acclimating with the public. Aside from that, it's another question of who I will become now that I am me at my purest form. It's quite a journey so far and I'm looking forward to mixing right in and finding my place here for me in my small town. :) thank you for saying the things I can't put words to! :) I am so in the same boat yet you define it so much better! Wow, I am totally in a rough spot with this. I'm a newlywed and moved from a big city to a small town. I went from a fulltime worker, ton of friends and busy social life to nada. I've tried going and doing things but nothin materialized. I've been discouraged to get back out there. But deep down I know I should and it will get better. Thank you for posting tips.
